We are delighted to invite you to our next Corporate Foundations Working Group event.

This will be an in-person & online workshop on May 28^th.

We’ll be focusing on the question « How much corporate in our Foundations? »

In recent years, an increasing number of companies have set up their own foundations. Our Working Group creates a network of corporate foundation representatives, stimulates discussion and enables peer-to-peer learning and exchange. Corporate foundations have a special role to play in bridging the gap between business and civil society. Their character and nature vary, as do the challenges they face, particularly in terms of governance, funding and operations. Those three topics will be at the heart of the workshop.

Join us from 10:30 to 14:30, to exchange on these topics and network over lunch at Givaudan Foundation in Vernier (15mn by public transport from Geneva airport train station).

The event starts with an introduction of the hosting Foundation. We will then share inputs depicting the journeys of several foundations in governance, funding and operations. Discussion in breakout groups will ensure productive exchange. In our final session, feedback from the groups will be shared.
