This Mastermind Session, led by our coach Lynda Mansson, is exclusively for members of SwissFoundations active in the field of corporate foundations. While corporate foundations enjoy many of the same rewards and challenges as other foundations, they also face their own unique obstacles. Objective:
The aim of this session is to create a safe and supportive environment where members can share their specific issues, challenges, and questions. Together, we’ll generate ideas and explore solutions, learning from the collective wisdom of the group.

In addition, we’ll introduce the Mastermind methodology (or a similar approach), offering a tool that participants may choose to use going forward.

Benefits:
Our experience with peer coaching groups shows that the opportunity to share and learn from others in similar roles is invaluable. Participants often leave with clear actions to address their challenges, feel supported by a like-minded community, and develop strong relationships with sector peers. These connections often lead to both formal and informal opportunities for ongoing mutual support.
