Wirkungsmanagement auf Ebene der Gesamtstiftung ist nach wie vor ein relativ vage definiertes Konzept. Oft erschöpft sich die Diskussion darüber, ob und wie eine Stiftung versucht Wirkung zu messen. Eine aktuelle Fallstudie von sechs europäischen Stiftungen schlägt eine deutlich breitere Konzeption entlang von drei Dimensionen vor, die neben den Strukturen und Prozessen auch die Organisationskultur und den Umgang mit Information und Wissen innerhalb der Stiftung beinhaltet.

Im Arbeitskreis Wirkungsorientierung vom 25. Juni 2024 werden wir diese Dimensionen als Ausgangspunkt nehmen, um eine Auslegeordnung unter interessierten Stiftungen zu versuchen. Governance of impact at the level of foundations as a whole is still a relatively vaguely defined concept. The discussion is often limited to whether and how a foundation attempts to measure impact. A recent case study of six European foundations proposes a much broader concept along three themes which, in addition to structures and processes, also includes organizational culture and the handling of information and knowledge within the foundation.

In the Impact Orientation Working Group (AK Wirkungsorientierung) on June 25, 2024, we will take these themes as a starting point to try to establish an overview among interested foundations. We are therefore interested in advance: where would you place your foundation along these dimensions? Just off the top of your head, completely non-binding, playful and, of course, anonymous.
